It was another fun night at the Aerie on Friday, July 8. The evening kicked off with a jumbo loaded baked potato bar for dinner. It was a new idea and proved itself a big hit. At a cost of only $5.00, members were served a jumbo baked potato and then proceeded to the 'fixings' bar where they chose their own toppings from an assortment that included chili, shredded cheese, chives, bacon bits, broccoli, black beans, green onions, sour cream and butter.
After dinner, many members stayed to have a fun time singing their favorite songs with our karaoke host for the evening, DJ Tom. It was a fun finish to the dinner and another great night at the Aerie for all. The proceeds from the dinner will be used to pay for the building improvements and redecorating we've been doing.
