Our REAC group wasn't going to let the lousy February weather keep them home recently. They met at the Corner Brewery in Ypsilanti for their monthly outing where they started off with lunch and camaraderie, and afterwards a few of them went over to the Ypsilanti Historical Museum. I keep asking myself why the rest of the world is still so very much excited each time there is a chance for all of their highschool or college friends to get together and maybe meet for a drink or a trip to a nearby beach. It seems I don't remember having any friends. I am beginning to feel I am such a big weirdo because all I can think about is work and nothing else. Given a chance, I still want to belong to atleast one small group even from a previous work who will keep meeting regularly and have all their children be friends with each other. Leave a Reply. |
